Our story
Mansfield Fireplace and Stove Centre is a family run business by brothers George and Joe Ward, who have a passion for delivering premium fireplaces for quality conscious customers.
We provide Mansfield, East Midlands and South Yorkshire, with a local family business they can trust. We pride ourselves on supplying top quality products from the industries leading brands, installed by our experience installation teams with unrivalled attention to detail. Our large showroom in Mansfield features a wide range of products, from bespoke media walls, log burners and gas fires, all fitted in a living room setting to help you visualise your new fire.

We first visited the showroom almost three months ago, our objective was to get ideas on stoves and fireplace to go into a 1960's house that we were in the process of buying. The sales team were extremely helpful and provided us with good information on options with no pressure. We eventually completed our purchase late Dec 2025 for installation mid Jan, the sale process was extremely professional. The installation went ahead on time, during the install we discovered a hitch with some pipework and the position of the chimney was off centre, all I can say is the team are about solutions not problems, the issue was promptly resolved and back on track, the installation team are great lads, hard working ,very courteous and professional, the install was completed and we are very pleased with our new stone fireplace and wood burner, I would not hesitate to recommend Mansfield Fireplace & Stove Centre, they are without doubt a great team with total understanding of what great customer service means. Fantastic experience and thank you.

We had a stove fitted in October and overall had a very positive experience. The builders on site – Monty, Ollie and Martin (from memory) – were absolutely fantastic. When we ran into a few challenges due to the age and architecture of our house, they consulted us there and then, which meant we could make decisions on the spot and adjust the plan. That made a potentially stressful situation feel very manageable. As well as being friendly and courteous, they also had a quick-witted “tradies’” sense of humour, which was well received in our home. All of the other tradesmen involved were great as well and worked to a high standard. The showroom itself was lovely and we were attended to quickly. Harri dealt with us for most of the process and was consistently friendly and polite, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside was some communication issues around the mantle fitting. While the delay was due to a manufacturing issue rather than the fitting company, a bit more communication earlier on could have helped ease the situation. Overall, we’re very happy with the end result and would recommend them for their workmanship, professionalism, and customer service.

From start to finish our media wall was seamlessly put together from Ross the joiner, Ryan the electrician, Ryan the plasterer, Ian another joiner and Gareth who came out to do some extra work which we asked for and was done without question. Our media wall has surpassed all our expectations so thanks again guys for a fantastic job done brilliantly.

From our initial inquiry at The Mansfield Media Wall showroom to completion of our new media wall. The whole transaction has been extremely smooth. The guys in the showroom were helpful and answered all the questions we had. Communication with the company was excellent keeping us informed of dates and when different guys were due to visit. Ross the installer worked tirelessly for four days non stop! He did an extremely professional job, checking with us along the way making sure we were happy with the details of the installation. He was very neat and tidy causing little mess. Lewis the electrician followed Ross, again he was brilliant, accommodating our needs with regard to the electrics and again no mess and very professional Finally, Ryan the plasterer/ finishing Installer did an excellent job, again checking with us asking on specifics of exactly how we wanted the finished installation to look. Once again there was no mess We absolutely love our new Media Wall and would have no qualms in recommending Mansfield Media Wall 10/10 *

We recently had Mansfield Fireplaces install our new fireplace, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer any questions we had along the way. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they left everything spotless when they were done – no mess at all. We had absolutely no issues and couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!
