Earlier this winter we shared the exciting news that Mansfield Fireplace & Stove Centre would be opening a brand new showroom inside Ponsford. We will be bringing our fireplaces, stoves and media wall expertise to Sheffield in a new way.

With opening day now firmly in sight, we wanted to share a behind-the-scenes progress update. Below we give you a look at how the showroom has been taking shape throughout January.

A Look at the Showroom in Progress

Getting the layout right to create realistic displays

Throughout January, work has been underway to transform the space inside Ponsford into a dedicated Mansfield Fireplaces showroom. While the showroom is still very much a work in progress, the structure and layout are now clearly taking shape.

At this stage, the focus has been on planning the overall flow of the showroom. Positioning display areas for customer experience has been key. We have prepared the space for a range of media walls, electric fires and stoves. Frameworks have been installed, display zones marked out and the groundwork completed. All to ensure each display will be presented properly when finished.

This stage of the build is essential. Getting the layout right allows us to create realistic displays that reflect how fireplaces and media walls work in real homes. As work continues, the space will gradually come together, with displays, finishes and final details added in the lead up to the grand opening.
