The Brief - Charnwood Stove Relocation and Fireplace Upgrade
Mr & Mrs Pullen came to us with a clear brief. They wanted their existing Charnwood stove relocated, and while they were at it, a full fireplace makeover.

Mr & Mrs Pullen visited our Mansfield showroom and discussed the options with our team. As an exclusive Charnwood stockist, we were well placed to advise on the relocation and the fireplace build to surround it.
Together, they specified:
- A false chimney breast to bring a more balanced aesthetic to the room
- A Woodhouse surround
- A brick chamber to suit their style
- A riven slate hearth for texture and durability
- A brand new twin-wall flue system to ensure safety and compliance

What We Delivered
We moved the Charnwood stove to a new position in the customers' home, then built a false chimney breast to bring a more balanced aesthetic to the room. After that we installed a Woodhouse surround and brick chamber to suit their style, fitted a riven slate hearth for texture and durability, and finished with a twin-wall flue system to ensure safety and compliance.
The end result was pretty spectacular - and exactly what the customer was looking for.
